Returns
and Exchanges:
Simrans hopes you love the gear and clothing you buy from us. And
we understand that sometimes things don't work out like expected.
But we also know that skateboards and skateboard accessories are
different from most consumer products, so we use the following guidelines
to be fair to everyone:
All
returns and exchanges must be put into motion within 7 days of the
original purchase date
First,
call us at 336-626-8200 or email us at here for a Return Authorization
number (RA#).
The
Return Authorization number MUST be written on the outside of each
box returned. This is how we know it's a return when we receive
it, so we can only accept boxes with an RA#. We don't read minds!
When
shipping a product back to us you must use a traceable means of
shipment - like UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS traceable. Sorry, NO COD's!!!!!
Please
be sure to insure the package for the FULL value when shipping
You,
the customer, are responsible for all freight costs involved in
returning a product to us unless the product is deemed defective
by us and an exchange is issued. If it's defective, then we'll reimburse
you for the freight.
When
we receive your package we will fully inspect the product. After
it is judged OK for return we will re-ship your exchanged goods
to you, but you will have to pay any difference in price and the
freight. If the item was returned for a refund we will then credit
your card for the amount of the order, less the freight costs (in
other words, customer always pays the freight except for defective
products)...
Under
no circumstances will Simrans accept returns on closeout and sale
merchandise
In
the event of a return for a refund on an item purchased with FREE
SHIPPING, we will refund the purchase price of the goods LESS the
shipping charges incurred (the only exception to this rule is if
the item is deemed defective or a warranty issue)
Refused Shipment / Unauthorized Merchandise Returns
In the event a customer refuses a shipment from Simrans, that customer
will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping
and handling charges. In the event a customer returns merchandise
to us without first calling for an RA# customer will again be responsible
for a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
Damages
If you receive a shipment that appears to be damaged, contact us
right away. If possible, you should also point out the damage to
the carrier. Make sure you save all packaging materials until the
issue is resolved.
Details
Most of these are pretty obvious, but it's a good idea to review
them before you arrange shipment.
Skateboards:
once
gripped, skateboards cannot be returned for any reason or under
any circumstances.
assembled
skateboards are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance
unless purchased that way;
any
trucks wheels or other skate accessory will need the full package
and be in brand new, unopened condition to be considered for return
Apparel:
all
apparel and accessory items must be in brand new condition to be
considered for returns and exchanges; under no circumstances to
we allow any goods to be returned to us that have been worn and/or
washed; any tags that are on the garment and items when you receive
them must still be attached when you return them or the item will
not be returnable.
